Excellon Automation announces the relocation of its corporate offices.

Torrance, CA - July 12, 2004, - Excellon Automation announces the relocation of its corporate offices.

Today, Excellon Automation announced that it intends to relocate its home offices to a more modern facility that more accurately supports the company's strategic direction. It will be located in the same geographic area to avoid impact to current employees.

"Our current facility is no longer efficient in supporting our US Manufacturing combined with our World Headquarters operations. With our leaner staffing and our emphasis on "just in time" Manufacturing, the current facility is inefficient and not cost effective. This relocation will let us control our costs and facilitate our future growth." offered Ric Coulombe, Excellon Automation's Vice President of Operations.

Excellon Automation's President Bob Bell, comments on the Relocation. "We are entering a new phase in our industry where our customers are no longer satisfied with "Machine Producers" but are requiring more of a partnering arrangement with its vendors. Business issues, technology and operation training, cost analysis, and service are as important as the delivery of the machine. With the addition of our new office in Hong Kong and our soon to be opened new factory in China, we are positioning ourselves in the customers locations so we can be more responsive to these needs "
